Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rwd4d. By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you personally and the entity you represent. rwd4d reserves the right to require documentary evidence of such authority at any time.

These Terms apply to all versions and interfaces of the rwd4d Platform, including the browser-based web application accessible via rwd4d.net, any progressive web application (PWA) saved to a device home screen, and any official mirror domains communicated to Members by rwd4d's support team.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on rwd4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own capacity as the primary account holder).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. rwd4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with Clause 14.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period previously activated on the rwd4d Platform or requested via rwd4d's support team.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or where the specific type of game or wager you wish to place is restricted.
• You must not already hold another active rwd4d account. Each Member is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To open an account, you must complete the rwd4d registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum, a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and current.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on rwd4d. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances. rwd4d employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. rwd4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. You must notify rwd4d's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. rwd4d will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep all account information accurate and up to date. In particular, changes to your registered bank account number, registered mobile number, or registered email address must be verified by our support team before the changes take effect. This process typically requires submission of supporting documentation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rwd4d may require any Member to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, when cumulative withdrawals exceed defined internal thresholds, when account activity appears inconsistent with the Member's stated profile, or when required by rwd4d's compliance obligations.

Acceptable KYC documents for Members based in Indonesia include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Date of Birth: Any of the above identity documents where date of birth is clearly stated.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming that the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits is registered in your name.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. rwd4d reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient. Withdrawal processing will be paused during any open KYC review and will resume promptly upon successful verification.

Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rwd4d accepts deposits via the following channels, all settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and digital wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Visa and Mastercard card payments may be available subject to periodic availability; Members should check the deposit page within their account for current options.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your rwd4d Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. rwd4d does not charge any processing fee on deposits from its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which rwd4d accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable inter-bank fees.

6.4 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. rwd4d will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account in a different name will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

rwd4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 seconds for all approved requests. Actual processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet's own settlement cycles, particularly for inter-bank transfers processed outside of Indonesian banking hours. rwd4d does not charge a withdrawal fee on its side.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be declined and the funds will remain in your Wallet.

7.3 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the rwd4d account. rwd4d will not dispatch funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered withdrawal account details are accurate and current. rwd4d accepts no liability for funds dispatched to an incorrect account as a result of inaccurate details provided by the Member.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

rwd4d reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of active bonus wagering requirements, or completion of a security review before processing any withdrawal request. Members who have received a deposit bonus must meet the associated wagering requirements in full before Real Money Funds equivalent to the bonus amount become eligible for withdrawal.

7.5 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on membership tier, verified status, and account history.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

rwd4d offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events including BRI Liga 1 and the Piala AFF. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, the minimum odds or game contribution rates that count toward satisfaction of the requirement, and the deadline for meeting the requirement will all be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

rwd4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns specifically to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other Members to accumulate bonus value; and using any automated tool or script to interact with the Platform. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and related winnings voided and the account may be permanently closed.

8.4 Bonus Modification and Withdrawal

rwd4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in and begun meeting its requirements, rwd4d will honour a pro-rated or equivalent alternative benefit at its reasonable discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the rwd4d sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, rwd4d's trading team will refer to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, FIFA for international fixtures, BWF for badminton events). rwd4d's decision on bet settlement, once a review has been completed, shall be final and binding.

9.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are determined by certified random processes conducted in the studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round result will stand as recorded by the game studio's server. rwd4d accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the Member's side that result in an inability to act within a live round.

9.3 Slots & Crash Games

All slot games and crash games on the rwd4d platform, including titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and Habanero, use certified random number generators (RNGs). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session. rwd4d is not responsible for any claim arising from a Member's misunderstanding of how RNG-based games function.

9.4 Void Bets

rwd4d reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneously published price, odds, or payout multiplier — whether the error was caused by human input, a third-party data feed failure, or a technical malfunction on the Platform. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet without interest.

Responsible Gaming

rwd4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides all Members with access to the following tools within their account dashboard: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); voluntary session time limits and timeout reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion options that take effect immediately upon activation.

Members who feel that their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to visit the rwd4d Responsible Gaming page, which contains self-assessment resources, guidance on activating account restrictions, and information on external support organisations. Members may also contact our 24/7 support team to request immediate activation of any responsible gaming control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rwd4d Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or automated process to interact with the Platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability — whether discovered intentionally or accidentally. Members who discover a vulnerability are required to report it to the support team immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any activity intended to use rwd4d as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any rwd4d staff member, customer support agent, or other Member.
• Attempting to interfere with the integrity of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing or insider trading on sports outcomes.
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rwd4d Platform — including but not limited to the rwd4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, database structures, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rwd4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rwd4d content without prior written authorisation from rwd4d.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rwd4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

rwd4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your rwd4d Wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rwd4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any specific game or market will remain available without modification. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect Platform availability. rwd4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance via the Platform or official communication channels.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by rwd4d

rwd4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; account security concerns; or compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

14.2 Termination by rwd4d

rwd4d may permanently close an account following investigation of a suspension. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real Money Funds that are not associated with any breach or pending investigation will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the rwd4d support team. Prior to closure, any active wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawals processed. Funds remaining in the Wallet following resolution of all open transactions will be returned to your verified payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law and the operational standards applicable to rwd4d's licensing jurisdiction. rwd4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and targets its services primarily at Indonesian residents who choose to access international online gambling services.

Any dispute arising between you and rwd4d that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process (described in Clause 17) shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by rwd4d. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a competent court.

For the avoidance of doubt, rwd4d acknowledges that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local laws. rwd4d makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Amendments

rwd4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rwd4d will notify active Members via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 14.3. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

rwd4d aims to acknowledge all written queries within 24 hours (WIB) and to resolve formal disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant information from both parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact, the arbitration process described in Clause 15 will apply.
